We consider someone that has successfully completed and passed our Succeed with Personality Diversity online course to be a Personality Diversity User.
Personality Diversity Users have a a foundational awareness about Equilibria’s core coaching tools of the E-Colors & Personal Intervention. They understand that we do not all think and act the same and are on their journey to increase their personal effectiveness with this knowledge.
We cannot guarantee that all users are equally skilled at using the tools and knowledge gained on the course but we know that at a minimum, our successful students:
- Understand the basic behavioral differences of Personality Theory as researched by Equilibria
- Are able to apply communication tools to address different personality styles in different ways to be more effective
- Have a new way of understanding people to reduce their frustration and stress
- Have deliberately worked on themselves, understanding how to leverage their personal strengths and manage their potential limiters
- Have a foundation that allows them to easily understand all other personality models
