INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions thoroughly and click the START button to begin.
This questionnaire takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and contains 35
questions.
Visualize yourself in the work place and choose one appropriate response from
the left column that you think you are MOST LIKE and one appropriate response
from the right column that you think you are LEAST LIKE.
If you want to change your response, just click on the new choice and the
original choice will be cancelled.
You may want to answer the questions with the following in mind: "What word best
reflects what I am MOST / LEAST like at work?"
Move the mouse cursor over each word to see further synonyms (different words with a similar meaning).
The program will not allow you to make the same response in each column and you
cannot move to the next page until all 9 boxes have been completed. To move to
the next page, click the NEXT button.
When you have completed all 4 pages, click the NEXT button, and you will be
prompted to answer a few simple survey questions and supply an optional email
address if you would like to be notified of your results.
Upon completing these questions and clicking NEXT you will then be shown
a Pie Chart related to the 4 E-Colors. Your E-Color combination will be determined
by the highest percentage followed by the 2nd highest percentage.
FOR EXAMPLE: Blue 35%, Green 30%, Red 20%, Yellow 15% = Blue / Green
