Equilibria have conducted numerous E-Colors coaching sessions in schools from Thailand to Texas and the results have been measurable. We do not all think and act the same and our personalities manifest themselves within us at a very early age. With different E-Color combinations come different communication styles and personality tendencies and by creating an awareness of this from 6 year olds all the way up to senior students, parents and teachers it allows students to be taught in a way that is suitable to them, teachers to understand their students learning needs and parents to understand their children’s behaviour, improving communications and relationships along the way.
