New Website Launch and Progress from Lewis Senior
It seems appropriate, as we launch our updated website, to reflect on the E-Colors progression that has been experienced since 2004.
With the co-operation, collaboration and full support of our clients, we have been able to build on our collective understanding of behaviors and actions of people, seen through the E-Colors, all of which can be applied into our daily work and thought processes.
Please, as you read through the list of E-Colors "discovery milestones", imagine the immediate impact you could have, by applying this knowledge. All of this valuable information is available in various mediums, contained in the Equilibria coaching material. |

In 2004 - we began to ask what form of recognition and reward works for different personalities and immediately saw vastly varying answers, depending on which E-Color combination responded.
In 2005 - we started to discover the remarkable predictability of how people could get hurt relative to their personality, their E-Colors.
In 2006 - we found that there seems to be a direct link between people's personality tendencies and what makes it difficult for them to exercise stop work authority / time out for safety.
In 2007 - we validated with our clients, worldwide, how anyone of us can each disrupt teamwork and how teamwork is disrupted for us.
In 2008 - our personality, simply illustrated by our E-Colors, tends to dictate our reactions. Our Character, a function of our beliefs, which are impacted by experiences, training, culture, education etc., seems to dictate our responses.
In 2009 - we started to see the inter-relationship between people's E-Colors and the way they approach the use or non-use of procedures.
In 2010 - the progress tracked above has now led us to a new perspective building on fundamental behavior based safety science.
ABC - Antecedent - Behavior - Consequence.
Leveraging off the research, knowledge and experiences of the E-Colors to date, the next logical step is to gain a better understanding and practical application of how to exercise what we call "Personal Intervention".
Each one of these elements can play a part in achieving individual, team, family or organizational goals and objectives.
Simple tools, that when consistently utilized in the right manner, will lead to sustainable world class results, in whichever domain applied.
In parallel to applying this information in the home, worksite, school, office or sport venue in which we work, Equilibria have also designed, built and launched a cutting edge Behavioral Based Observation, Feedback and Tracking system called iCU. |
iCU takes into account our personal bias, described through the E-Colors, towards observing Equipment and Conditions. Process or People and dovetails perfectly into any organization's Management System, as they move towards a safe, reliable and efficient culture of excellence. iCU also encompasses a simple system for scanning the completed cards, that reads both data and the written comments.
